For premium or export quality rice, silky polisher is employed to brush off remaining bran dust and to create a characteristic gloss on the milled rice. In this equipment, controlled amount of water mist is injected resulting in highly polished grain. Silky polishing improves the storability of milled rice because of the complete removal of the bran.

Rice cleaners are designed to clean grains and are used in gran markets globally. This equipment utilizes rotary drum, powerful blower and screens for the effective separation of paddy and other grains to make them free of dust, stones and straws. This design feeds the paddy uniformly to the 3-screen setup removing the impurities ranging from coarse to fine. An inbuilt blower, along with two air control regulators separate lighter impurities from the machine inlet/outlet.
