PADDY DRYER

Parboiling process involve wetting, heating, steaming and drying of paddy, result in boosting the nutritional profile and change in the texture of the rice.

The design involve a double steaming process i.e. performed as described below:

Paddy has filled in the small tank on top followed by steaming

Cold water is filled in the big tank followed by soaking for 3-5 hours and water is discharge

Second Steaming in the small tank in the bottom

Finally discharge of Paddy to the dryer accessed at 120/100° for 8 hours
